This week, we asked our team to tell us something they are thankful for as we head into the holiday season. It’s safe to say they exceeded our expectations. We’ve listed their answers below.
This has been a challenging and tense year but there are many things I am thankful for. I am thankful for Christ and my church, He remains in control no matter how out of control things may seem. I am thankful for my family, thankful to be able to go through the many ups and downs of life together. I am thankful for my job, a place that shares my faith, and this year has reminded me to continually be thankful to be able to provide for my family, something that has unfortunately been difficult for many this year.

I am thankful for God blessing our company through a pandemic that broke a lot of small businesses but kept us growing. I am thankful that we found new employees that are a perfect fit for our team. I am thankful for my partner who works his tail off to keep bringing on new customers. I am thankful for my family who enjoys being together at home through this pandemic. God is good all the time.

Colton and I dedicate this entire month to writing down things that we are thankful for! We have a fun little tradition where we write down one thing a day that we are thankful for (we don’t let the other person see what we wrote) and put it in an advent calendar that we then open each day in December!
I’m thankful for creativity! Seeing how people are tackling current problems with creative solutions and seeing the new ideas that have sprung up even in the “storm” of this year is quite refreshing.

This year I’ve seen co-workers step up and work hard for one another. I’ve seen potential realized in people who never had leaders that believed in them, and I’ve seen earnest prayer for others in some of their toughest seasons.
Coworkers that have become friends as we were able to utilize technology that brings people together when we’re told to stay apart. Blessed to be apart of a company that puts its people first.
