Newave has also been able to help us solve a long, ongoing problem we had gaining remote access to our company's security cameras. Having been broken into before, the need for remote access to view our security cameras off site is a must. We had been working with someone else for quite some time and still hadn't been able to view the cameras remotely. I finally made a call to Newave and within 48 hours, we had the remote access we needed that we hadn't been able to get previously.

Words can't express how awesome it has been to work with Newave Solutions! They have gone above and beyond to help us transition and adapt to our new phone system and we couldn't be happier.

When Kellen first met with us, our phone system was decades old and in desperate need of replacement. Kellen took the time to make sure we understood the process and were comfortable moving forward on the new phone system.

Once the new system was put in we had a couple hiccups, which is to be expected when updating to the extent we did. Most of these issues were not Newave's fault, yet they jumped in and helped us resolve them as if they were. ln one instance the AT&T internet service went down and Kellen helped me until almost midnight trying to track down and fix the problem! ln another instance I filled out some paperwork wrong and some phone numbers were not ported properly. Kellen and his team worked diligently and stayed on top of AT&T making sure the error was corrected and in a timely manner.

Overall we are so pleased with the decision to upgrade our phone system and even happier that we chose Newave Solutions. I can't speak highly enough about their team and all the hard work they put in to make sure that the new system worked properly and we were comfortable using it. There was a definite learning curve but they made the process virtually seamless.
